Urban Editorial Romance: City Style & Fine Art Photography by Irisha Kulbovska

I am endlessly inspired by the way raw, structural city geometry comes alive when contrasted with rich romantic energy. For this urban portfolio series, my vision as a fine-art photographer was to step away from conventional wedding backdrops and lean into cinematic, high-fashion contrast. I wanted to play with deep crimson drapes, textured courtyard walls, dramatic architectural shadows, and direct natural light, allowing them to frame the lush, tactile textures of custom bridal styling.

 

From spontaneous piggyback laughs echoed through historic sunlit streets to quiet, unscripted moments and intimate kisses framed by bold estate lines, every frame is crafted to capture genuine human connection.
